How To Lose Weight And Gain Perfect Abs

Ever wanted to get that shredded look like the cover models on magazines and the superstars we see on our TV screens? I bet you thought it was out of your reach. Only for the genetic freaks who could eat pizza all day and still be lean and toned.

You'd be wrong. And this newsletter will show you how to clone their washboard abs.

Lets' be honest here no one is entirely satisfied with the look of their bodies. Perhaps the one single part of our body that causes distress for men and women are our abs. Having a flat stomach is more than a health aspiration - it is one of the ultimate status symbols. We might not be able to afford Rolex watches or a Ferrari sports car, but we can all have an aesthetically pleasing set of abs.

A quick look in the glossies reveals how seriously society considers abs. The slightest sign of a famous celeb sporting a bit of tummy fat results in close up shots and bitchy column writing.

Indeed the media also claim to have the cure for perfect abs. Take shopping channels for example. There are adverts galore for this machine and that machine that claim to give you perfect abs in a month or 6 weeks. The truth is that while some of this equipment is good at its job it is not necessary to make big financial commitments to get yourself a wash board stomach. In fact all you need is a bit of dedication, will power, and a well stocked fridge.

Whats that I hear you ask - a well stocked fridge? I thought I was supposed to be losing weight on my abs not putting more in. Well it may be of a surprise to hear that that one of the secrets for better looking abs is to eat lots and lots. The trick is to make sure it is of the right stuff. By lots what I mean is of lean protein rich foods like Chicken, Turkey, Fish and even the odd bit of grilled steak every now and again. Protein is one of the most effective tools in the war against tummy fat. Your body has to burn more energy to digest it, and being a muscle builder it also helps to convert fat into muscle. I think you will agree that makes it of a lot of use for you. It has long been the knowledge of weight builders but now it is being incorporated into a range of weight loss routines.

Now imagine we could put the amazing fat burning properties of protein under a magnifying lens. Imagine if we could somehow wave a magic wand over the protein rich foods and make them more effective than before. Well fortunately you don't need to be David Copperfield to do this. You can actually enhance the effects of the protein you are putting into your body by complementing them with the right foods.

One of the ways to do this is to eat lots of high fibre foods. You want to keep yourself regular, and keep your body burning food. The more your body is burning food the more calories it is burning and the more you end up shifting from your stomach. A high fibre diet will do three things. First you will have the bulk in your system to keep your body clean and efficient. Secondly fibre will raise your metabolism and thirdly if your drink lots of water your fibre diet will help to regulate the water in your intestine. Switch to a bran based and get in a good helping of nuts, pulses and other grains. Just from making the switch from white to whole grain bread you will be making a big difference to your overall fibre intake.

Now I said earlier how it was not necessary to make a major investment in the latest ad crunching machine that might cost several hundred pounds. However, there is one bit of equipment that I do recommend and the good thing is you can get hold of it from any good sports store and it will cost you less than twenty pound. I am talking here of course about getting a 'Swiss' or 'Fit ball' .

Swiss balls, were developed by physiotherapists in Switzerland during the 1960's for use during physiotherapy rehabilitation. The Swiss Ball has increased in popularity and is now used in gyms and as part of home exercise programmes. Swiss balls are one of today's top fitness tools - and for good reason! Using a Swiss ball will improve the strength of the abs and the lower back. Since the Swiss ball is unstable you have to constantly adjust your balance, which in turn will improve your balance, proprioception and flexibility.

As an extra challenge you can use the exercise ball as a bench using free-weights to target those hard to reach stabilizer muscles.

I want you to watch out for an email from me over the next few days. I am going to give you a very special report that I have been working on for weeks now. It won't cost you a dime but will turbocharge your efforts in getting to your perfect weight- without the hard work.

You see I have been closely studying a guy who is single handedly transforming bodies across the world. Quickly. You'll see real life proof that this is the system for getting the perfect body you've been waiting for.

Influenza A virus subtype H1N1

Influenza A(H1N1) virus is a subtype of influenzavirus A and the most common cause of influenza (flu) in humans. Some strains of H1N1 are endemic in humans and cause a small fraction of all influenza-like illness and a large fraction of all seasonal influenza. H1N1 strains caused roughly half of all human flu infections in 2006. Other strains of H1N1 are endemic in pigs (swine influenza) and in birds (avian influenza).

In June 2009, World Health Organization declared that flu due to a new strain of swine-origin H1N1 was responsible for the 2009 flu pandemic. This strain is commonly called "swine flu" by the public media.
Nomenclature

Influenza A virus strains are categorized according to two proteins found on the surface of the virus: hemagglutinin (H) and neuraminidase (N). All influenza A viruses contain hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, but the structures of these proteins differ from strain to strain, due to rapid genetic mutation in the viral genome.

Influenza A virus strains are assigned an H number and an N number based on which forms of these two proteins the strain contains. There are 16 H and 9 N subtypes known in birds, but only H 1, 2 and 3, and N 1 and 2 are commonly found in humans.

2009 A(H1N1) pandemic

In the 2009 flu pandemic, the virus isolated from patients in the United States was found to be made up of genetic elements from four different flu viruses – North American Mexican influenza, North American avian influenza, human influenza, and swine influenza virus typically found in Asia and Europe – "an unusually mongrelised mix of genetic sequences."[13] This new strain appears to be a result of reassortment of human influenza and swine influenza viruses, in all four different strains of subtype H1N1.

Preliminary genetic characterization found that the hemagglutinin (HA) gene was similar to that of swine flu viruses present in U.S. pigs since 1999, but the neuraminidase (NA) and matrix protein (M) genes resembled versions present in European swine flu isolates. The six genes from American swine flu are themselves mixtures of swine flu, bird flu, and human flu viruses. While viruses with this genetic makeup had not previously been found to be circulating in humans or pigs, there is no formal national surveillance system to determine what viruses are circulating in pigs in the U.S.

On June 11, 2009, the WHO declared an H1N1 pandemic, moving the alert level to phase 6, marking the first global pandemic since the 1968 Hong Kong flu.

The Medical Malpractice of Breast Cancer

Medical malpractice in general happens when your doctor fails to follow suitable and accepted methods for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer symptoms. The resultant holdup in treatment could result in the unnecessary progression of cancer that was otherwise avoidable or minimally treatable. Misdiagnosis by the misreading of tests, or paying no attention to test findings like mammograms could constitute malpractice. The problem in every case is whether the doctor's negligence caused a holdup in treatment or worse, a needless advancement in the stages of breast cancer.

Early diagnosis via screening with breast examinations and mammograms followed by appropriate treatment can considerably reduce the possibilities of a woman rising invasive breast cancer. Yet, a predictable 39,600 women will die in the U.S. from breast cancer this year. Too lots of women have their diagnosis delayed when the physician and other health care providers in whose hands such women hand over their comfort fail to do proper screening tests, fail to appropriately understand test results, and fail to take needed steps when the disease is supposed. And in too lots of cases the terrible effect is the loss of treatment choices and a considerably lower possibility of survival.

More than one in ten women in the U.S. will be identified with breast cancer at some point in their lives. Yet in spite of the great familiarity doctors should have with the increasingly widespread disease, misdiagnosis or mistreatment of the disease is the root of more medical malpractice assertions than any other disease.

Breast cancer reacts well to early detection and early treatment. Unluckily, too frequently doctors and other medical professionals fail to order tests, misdiagnose, and fail to treat the disease. Such mistakes could give increase to successful medical malpractice assertions. Widespread mistakes consist of failure to:

- detect a clear lump as long as a breast exam
- do a breast exam while treating a patient for other reasons
- arrange a mammogram, x-ray, CT scan, MRI, etc
- categorize a tumor as malignant
- evaluate appropriately test results when tests are done
- inform patient of test results
- command future tests
- acknowledge widespread symptoms

A lot of people deem its misdiagnosis as a case of a 'doctor' mistakenly labeling breast cancer as another disease or problem, but hardly ever think about late diagnosis or a radiologist's mammography mistakes as cases of misdiagnosis.

Whether the cause for late diagnosis is inattention, ineffectiveness or the result of a mammography mistake, it could be deemed a case of misdiagnosis. It is not usually known that radiologists are the foremost medical area of expertise sued in breast cancer malpractice cases.

Natural Cancer Supplements - What Are the Best Vitamins to Reduce Breast Cancer ?

Whether you are talking about breast cancer or prostate cancer, you probably all ready know that a healthy weight is crucial in reducing your risk of cancer. However, what you may not know is that their are many other natural cancer supplements that can not only help your body resist cancer better but also recover from cancer better. (Please note: these are not in order of importance).

Green Tea - Green tea is the number one cancer reducing drink recommended for not only reducing the risk of breast cancer but also 10 other forms of cancer - prostate, ovarian, skin, bladder, colon, stomach, esophagus. Why? Because it is an excellent blend of anti-inflammatories and enzymes that detoxify your body. Most of the benefits come from the polyphenols in the tea. Of course, with any supplement, quality is important. You need a green tea that is free of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers. By drinking just any green tea, you may being increasing your chances of cancer, not decreasing your risk: Make sure the tea is pure and organic.

Calcium and Vitamin D - Preliminary studies have shown that a slightly higher intake of calcium and vitamin D showed a reduction in breast cancer. In general, women should be taking a calcium plus D supplement unless directed otherwise from her doctor.

Vitamin A - Although more studies are need, deficiencies in vitamin A have been shown to be a possible link to human carcinogenesis.

Soy Protein - Preliminary studies also have shown that postmenopausal women who uses a diet rich in soy can reduce their risk of breast cancer. After menopause, the prevention in not as distinct; however, no harm was shown in the group. soy is good for strong bones and heart health.

In reality, a balance create the ideal fighting machine when it comes to cancer. Of course, eating a balance diet high in fiber through fruits, vegetables, and whole grain plus healthy protein is best. It is very difficult to get everything you need in a totally pure - ie no contaminants like mercury in fish, pesticides in produce, steroids in meats and dairy so natural cancer supplements are recommended. That is why a balanced multi-vitamin and an anti aging polyphenol supplement (one that repairs the cells on a cellular level) are the best vitamins to reduce breast cancer or any cancer.

Organic is good but pure and proven is better. What I mean by that is that a pure supplement is tested while the ingredients are grown (like organic) plus during production and packaging. There are actually some supplements that are produced using chemicals that leach into the supplement. These chemicals are actually harmful to the consumer and may lead to an increase om cancer in themselves. That is why pure is essential in any natural cancer supplements. Look for a company that has statistics, science, time tested, and proven for safe supplements.

Recognize Breast Cancer Diseases

All partners, any posts at this time I want to share information about breast cancer. Disease expressed as a murderess highest in the world, also appeared to have a variety of types. What is it? Let, we see together ....

Cancer is the disease, which body cells grow, change, and duplicate themselves beyond control. Typically, the name of cancer based on the given body where cancer first grows. Thus, breast cancer refers to the Maintenance and growth of abnormal cells appear on the network breast.

One group of cells will be split quickly and form a network clump or mass extra. This is called tumor mass. Tumor can be malignant (malignant, cancerous) or benign (benign, non-cancerous). A malignant tumor will penetrate and destroy the body of a healthy network. One group of cells in a tumor can also be broken out and spread to other body parts. Cells that spread from one body part to another body part that is called metastases.

Term breast cancer refers to malignant tumor that has developed from cells in the breast. Breast in general consists of two types of networks: network glandular (gland) and the stromal network (prop). Network includes glands lactic (lobules) and the channel lactic (the passage milk, milk duct). While the network includes a network standard fat and fiber network konektif. Breast is also formed by lymphatic network, a network that includes the immune system responsible for removing the liquid and dirt provider.

The American Cancer Society (2008) estimated that each year approximately 178,000 American women and 2000 men's United States will be affected by breast cancer diagnosed. Breast cancer is a major cause of death of women aged 40-55 years, and the second largest cause of death after cancer woman tuberculosis. Luckily, the mortality rate due to breast cancer has decreased in 2008 with a program developed and socialiated early detection and more effective handling of breast cancer.

Breast cancer is based on attack, divided into 2 (two), breast cancer is invasive breast cancer and non-invasif.

1. Cancer Breast Invasif
Cancer cell lines and damage to walls and attack breast gland fat and tissue surrounding the breast connective. Cancer can be invasif (attack) without always spread (metastatic) to knot limfe or other organ in the body.

2. Non-cancer breast Invasif
Cancer cell lines breast locked in and does not attack connective fat and tissue surrounding the breast. Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), breast cancer is a form of non-invasif the most common (90%). Lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS) although less frequently, thus need more alerted because it is a sign of increased risk of breast cancer.

Based prevalence rate, breast cancer is divided into two, namely the common and rare.

Types of Cancer Breast There is a General

1. Lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS, lobular neoplasia): The "in situ" refers to cancer that is not spread from the area where the cancer began to appear. In the LCIS, the growth of the number of cells clearly visible, is in the breast gland (lobules). Many physicians do not classify LCIS as breast cancer and often "challenging" for the patient's breast during Biopsy medical investigations undertaken. LCIS patients with strictly monitored every four months by a doctor to do tests with clinical breast, mamogarfi added each year. Prevention may also be others who do this is to give drugs such as tamoxifen or prophylactic mastectomy (breast lifting that is done as a preventive effort).

2. Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS): This is a type of breast cancer non-invasif the most common. DCIS is often detected on mammogram as microcalcifications (calcium mass in a small amount). With early detection, Average level of DCIS patients survive to reach almost 100%, with notes, cancer does not spread from channel to network susu fat breasts and other parts of the body. There are several types of DCIS. For example, ductal comedocarcinoma, which refers to the DCIS with necrosis (area of the cancer cells die or degeneration).

3. Infiltrating lobular carcinoma (ILC): Also known as invasive lobular carcinoma. ILC start happening in susu gland (lobules) breasts, but often spreads (metastatizes) to the body of the other. ILC occur 10% to 15% of all breast cancer incidence.

4. Infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDC): Also known as invasive ductal carcinoma. IDC's going on in breast milk in the channel wall and penetrate the channel, network attack breast fat, and possibly also occur in the body of the other. IDC is a type of breast cancer the most common, about 80% of all breast cancer diagnosis.

Types of Cancer Breast that rarely occurred

1. Medullary carcinoma: It is a type of invasive breast cancer that formed a boundary that is not common network between tumor and normal network. Medullary carcinoma occurs only about 5% of all breast cancer incidence.

2. Mucinous carcinoma: Also called colloid carcinoma. Mucinos carcinoma is one type of breast cancer is rare, form by cancer cells that produce mucus (phlegm). Women with this type of cancer has a high enough both to survive, compared with women with a type of cancer invasif the more general case.

3. Tubular carcinoma: It is a special type of invasive breast cancer. Women with Tubular carcinoma usually have a reasonably good recovery expectations. This type of cancer occurs approximately 2% of the overall breast cancer diagnosis.

4. Inflammatory breast cancer: It is a condition where the breast looks red (red and warm) with a basin and a thick fringe of or caused by the cancer cells clog the skin wrapping duct limfe breast. Although breast cancer inflammatoty this type of rare (about 1%), but if it happens, its development is very fast.

5. Paget's disease of the nipple: A type of breast cancer that breast in the channel, and then spread to the areola skin and hilt. Occur only about 1%. Breast skin will be broken in pieces, milk, ulceration (ulcer), and removing the fluid. Women with this type of cancer has a cure rate better, if not accompanied by the emergence benjolan.

6. Phylloides tumor: Also called phyllodes, is a breast cancer that can be benign or malignant. Phylloides tumor developing in the network connective breast and can be with the lifting operation. Breast tumor is very rare; less than 10 women died because of this type of breast cancer each year in the United States.
